  My agent worked with Tim (from Judy Gang's office) on a property in Lancaster last year. We put in the offer after weeks of him not responding to calls or texts. House was pulled from market suddenly while our offer was in place. House recently relisted months later and Tim notified my agent. My agent again could not get any questions answered and Tim just didn't have time. I called to get details on the property and was talked down to like I was someone who was not a client, I can't even describe how rude the agent was who gave me details about the property today. The listing was wrong, pictures were inaccurate and Judy Gang's team is horrendous. The experience will be shared all around Coldwell Banker and with all of my real estate contacts. Judy needs to focus on her team and how professional they are. Just very dissapointing and insulting.

  Our experience with Judy Gang & Associates was none like no other. It was truly a positive experience from start to finish! We listed our house, had multiple showings, and sold within a week and a half. They worked very hard and efficiently for us. They were extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and walked us through every step and answered questions immediately. Their entire staff was involved and worked extra hard in making the selling of our house a complete success! We highly recommend their agency to anyone who wants complete ease of mind and we look forward to using them again as well!!!
